What is MrBakeology?
MrBakeology is a Bengaluru-based baking supplies business selling cake stands, chocolate moulds, cake and chocolate boxes, sprinkles, cookie cutters, baking tools and packaging — both wholesale to businesses and retail to individual home bakers.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes, we’re based in Jeevanbhimanagar, Bengaluru, and welcome walk-ins from local bakers and businesses. Call ahead on +91 79471 54241 if you’d like to confirm availability of a specific product before visiting.
What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We’re closed on Sundays and major public holidays.
Is MrBakeology a registered, GST-verified business?
Yes. Our GST registration number is 29BWZPV1971R1ZU, and GST-compliant invoices are provided for every order on request.
How do I place an order online?
Browse the Shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout from the cart page. For larger or recurring orders, we recommend using the wholesale enquiry form instead.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and is shown on every product page. Many items are available from a single piece for retail customers, with better per-unit pricing at higher quantities.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order at +91 79471 54241. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn’t already been packed for dispatch.
Do you take custom or bulk-customisation requests?
For custom quantities, packaging or branding requests, please reach out through our contact form and our team will let you know what’s possible.
Do you offer wholesale / bulk pricing?
Yes. Bakeries, cafes, cloud kitchens and resellers can request bulk pricing through our wholesale enquiry form or by calling us directly.
How do I get a wholesale quotation?
Fill in the wholesale enquiry form with your business details and categories of interest — our team typically responds with a quotation within 1 business day.
Can I set up a recurring / standing order?
Yes, registered business accounts can set up standing orders for regularly used items — ask your point of contact after your first wholesale order.
Are you listed on IndiaMART?

Which cities do you deliver to?
We ship pan-India from our Bengaluru facility. If you have concerns about delivery to a specific pin code, contact us before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–6 business days depending on your location. Bulk/wholesale orders may take longer due to freight scheduling.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on retail orders above ₹2,000; a flat ₹99 fee applies below that. Wholesale orders are quoted with freight included based on volume and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within India only. For international bulk enquiries, please contact us directly to discuss options.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos, via our contact form or WhatsApp — we’ll arrange a free replacement.
How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for something else?
Yes, exchanges are possible for unused items within 7 days, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange one.
